Healthcare · Proof of concept

Connect workplace-violence reports to investigation and follow-up.

We're looking for initial healthcare partners for a proof of concept: case-management software built around the systems they already use. The aim is practical: keep each report and its evidence together, make ownership and open follow-up visible, and review the results so the process itself can improve.

  1. ReportThe report and its evidence
  2. InvestigateClear case ownership
  3. Follow upOpen actions stay visible
  4. ReviewWhat should change
Proof-of-concept model: a report moves through investigation and follow-up to review, and the review feeds back into the process. A drawing of the idea, not case data.

How we'd work together

  1. Learn the current process

How incidents are reported and investigated today, who's involved, and where the information sits.

  2. Bring approved sources together

The sources your organization approves, gathered into one consistent case structure.

  3. Make ownership visible

Assignments, evidence and open follow-up that are easy to see and act on.

  4. Review and improve

Review closed cases with your team to see where the process slowed down or missed something, and decide what to change.

Agreed with your organization

We start from your existing processes and policies, and agree implementation scope, data access, review responsibilities and deployment requirements with you.

This work will build on Mariana, our observability and security foundation.

Tell us how your team handles this today.

A general description of your reporting and follow-up process is enough. Please do not include patient information, identifiable incident details, or other confidential information.
