When you select Reach out, your entries are checked in your browser and by this site's server. When delivery is configured and the checks pass, the server passes your entries as plain-text email to Cloudflare's email service for sending to the Tursas team. Your email address is the reply-to address. Acceptance by the service does not confirm inbox delivery.

• The site application does not save inquiries to a database. Email and provider retention are not controlled by this feature.
• Sending the form does not add you to a mailing list, and you will not receive an automatic confirmation email.
• The form handler does not log inquiry contents. Hosting and email providers may process technical request and delivery information.
• If sending fails, your entries stay in the form on your screen so you can try again or discard them.

To limit repeated sends, the server briefly counts attempts from your IP address. Your IP address is not included in the email.

A production-labelled build loads Fathom Analytics to count page visits. Builds without that production label do not load it. What you type into the inquiry form is never sent to analytics or session-recording tools.

The inquiry form is not an intake channel for patient information, protected health information, incident evidence, credentials, or other confidential material. Email is not a secure channel for that material. Please keep descriptions general.
